Important!

  • Won't do: nsfw, furry, mecha, gore, anything that I'm uncomfortable to draw

  • Will do: fanarts, OCs, yumeship, couples (any gender), Vtubers (not model)

  • Visual references of the character are 100% necessary.

  • Payment upfront via Vgen or Paypal (USD)

  • Prices stated are for personal use only. Commercial use commissions will have extra charge.

Terms of Service

• Full payment upfront. I will only start working on the commission when I receive the payment.
• I have the right to decline a commission.
• Working time depends on the illustration's complexity and schedule changes. I will give an approximate completion date and will be in touch in case of delays.
• For personal use commissions:
- Do not sell.
- I retain rights of my works and may publish your commission for portfolio.
- I may publish your commission for self-promotion, unless requested otherwise e.g. it's too personal to share publicly.
• For commercial use commissions:
- Please send the request form at least 5 weeks before the deadline (if you have one).
- Monetized content will have x1.5 additional cost.
- Commercial merchandising will have x3 additional cost.
- I retain rights of my works and may publish it for portfolio and for self-promotion. If it's an ongoing project and need a certain amount of time for privacy, please let me know when I can publish it.
• Commissioner may not edit the art with the exception of cropping/resizing.
• Commissioner may upload the finished piece but must not claim the art as their own. Credit is required.
• Using my work for NFT and AI training is prohibited.
• All commissions are digital goods and no physical items will be shipped.
• Further discussion is open for anything that is not written here.

Process

  • Commission request → Invoice sent by me & Payment → Sketch → Revisions → Line art & Render → Minor revisions (if there's any) → Finished art

  • On the sketch stage, you're allowed 2 revisions. Please be clear and list the things that you want me to change.

  • On the render stage, you're allowed 2 minor revisions. I will not allow major or drastic changes as these should've been communicated while discussing the details and during the sketch stage.

  • Commercial use commissions are allowed up to 5 revisions as long as it's not drastic.

  • I will send wips or updates every 4 days and commissioner can also request for updates while I'm working on it. Turnaround time will be 2-5 weeks depending on revisions and complexity.

Refunds

  • Commissioner can get a 40% refund before I start the lineart. No refunds beyond the said stage.

  • In case of me cancelling for any reason, the commissioner will get a full refund.

  • Do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. Note that fees from the initial payment will be deducted upon refund.

By commissioning me means you agree to the terms mentioned.
